What's for Dinner, Tues., June 17, 2025

I'm trying Beyond Cookout's plant based burger patty tonight. Pickles, ketchup, lettuce, cheddar cheese melted on top. Serving on a regular hamburger bun.

Sweet potato fries and ketchup.

Kombucha: cherry

Dessert: fudgesicle. Decaf coffee.

Toss salad too.

Good Evening

Oh Cher, I bought my new hand chainsaw at Harbor Freight. Seems to be well made. Too hot outside to try it out.

Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onions, red bell pepper, celery and minced garlic. When almost done I added more broth, a can of petite chopped tomatoes, a few Tbsps of tomato paste, canned pinto and kidney beans and steamed corn. The seasonings were: chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, chipotle powder and a couple pinches of cayenne. Cheers! 🥂
