Her entry at Wikipedia agrees with the day, but says the year of her birth was sometime from 1904 through 1908.Actress Joan Crawford was #BornOnThisDay, March 23, 1900,1904, or 1906- her career spanned 6 decades, as a major movie star. A true film star she is remembered today for accusations of child abuse, alcoholism, & sexual promiscuity. Passed in 1977 from #cancer/heartattack. #RIP

incredibly unpleasant looking she was. Of course, there was Bette Davis too--just a symbol of the time,s I guess. But both made my skin crawl on the big screen.
