I stumbled upon it a few years ago and thought I imagined it (I was up late working). Then I did some searching and found out that it is a cult classic. This is the English version, it was even trippier in Spanish.

(2,252 posts)would pluck films out of Mexico and dub them into English, then release them in America. Horror, wrestling and kiddie films. My favorite was The Brainiac, one of the craziest horror films I've ever seen.
