(59,903 posts)To be frank: I dont care about Allens movies. Heres why.
In 2014, the New York Times published an open letter by Allens daughter, Dylan Farrow. In the letter, Farrow detailed her sexual assault by Allen. This assault has been an open story for decades; at the time, Farrow was seven years old.
And that doesn't even include his leaving Mia Farrow for his stepdaugher. Allen married Soon-Yi Previn in 1997. They allegedly began a relationship in the late 1980s. Its odd that people continually, perpetually try to overwrite Allens history of being inappropriate with young women and girls when there is a literal marriage certificate as evidence.

(2,424 posts)I stopped watching James Bond movies when Sean Connery stopped playing that role. If Sean Connery is not playing the role, it's not a James Bond movie, by definition.

(59,903 posts)him too at first...being blond and not the extremely handsome, debonair type...but he's dynamite in the role.
Connery, Craig and Brosnan are my favorites.
