They are straight up, unapologetically action filled dramas without any political ax to grind. We all need escapist popcorn movies.

but I will never cease to believe that the glamour of The Matrix had something to do with the Columbine murders. Keanu Reeves is sexy and looks real good in his all-black outfits; his gymnastic moves are awesome. I can see how a disturbed young man might find John Wick an attractive role model.

I want with all my heart to believe that movies and video games have nothing to do with gun violence.

(I'm a big fan of the Constantine movies, too)

But without the means to accomplish such things, they would have a harder time.

Nothing has anything more to do with gun violence than guns themselves.
