Alfred Hitchcock's, "The Rope"

I'm watching it for the first time. Odd staging, but fun to watch as it's based on Leopold and Loeb.

1. Not his best, missing his usual exciting cinematic flair. But still enjoyable w a great cast!

2. Interesting film

It was filmed in a series of takes that were combined to make it look like it filmed in one long take. I actually enjoyed it. Hitchcock never stopped experimenting.

3. It's basically a filming of a stage play with seemingly no break. Pretty darn good movie. A good rumination ...
