A lawyer on Morning Joe defined 'constitutional crisis' as: "..that would be a situation where the Constitution doesn't have an answer and there is a pressing conflict...the crisis occurs the moment when there is a court order and the president or his administration refuses to follow it..." "..because historically, we don't have a clear answer for what to do in that situation."

So, we're not there yet...but Trump also knows the Constitution doesn't have an answer.
