will take middle class jobs too. Intergenerational wealth will not be able to be created. But drill baby drill...... oh wait a second, are the new poor majority in the USA going to be able to even afford cars?

in areas like fire-prone California. I think that could well be the case. So you pay huge premiums or go uninsured. Worse, climate change is impacting a lot of other areas.

If I had money to burn, would love to live in hills of California, insurance or not.
