Related: About this forum'Biggest mistake of my life': Regret sets in for Trump voters as Republican politicians panic - Rachel Maddow - MSNBC
Rachel Maddow looks at Trump voters realizing that what they thought they were voting for is quite distant from what they are getting, and Republican politicians are panicking as they're too afraid to stand up to Trump even as they see their constituents, whose votes they need, suffering under Trump's policies. - Aired on 02/18/2025.

I really don't give a fuck about their "regret". It isn't actually regret in my opinion, it is self-pity! They did this to themselves, but more to the point, they did this to the ENTIRE country because of their ignorance, stupidity, bigotry, hate, and/or myopia, so I can only say, in regard to them and their ilk (and those who continue to make excuses for them)...

But I do feel sorry for the rest of us who are living through the results of their stupidity.
