Before, he had to pay his lawyers, which he did by selling Bibles and sneakers. Now he's got the taxpayer picking up the tab for his stupidity. You can't govern in America by executive order. Now how hard is that to understand?

Yet even though he's been smacked upside the head with 81 lawsuits now (see Litigation Tracker), he still doesn't get it. We know he's a slow learner, but should we taxpayers have to pay for his incompetency? You'd think after the first 3 or 4 he'd find another strategy.

I hope at some point there will be a way of recouping the damages he has caused.

Like they are doing with their flooding the government space. Law suites, law suits and more law suits. They can't fight'em all.
