And they can blame it on the SS staff.
Trump will say the staff are lazy and don't show up to work.

But the bottom line is that this criminal administration doesn't care. Rather than using their powers to make life better for the American people, they're blatantly doing just the opposite and Republicans in Congress are too afraid of retaliation to even disagree.
