For the powerful and wealthy, surely - polluting corporations, big businesses, but also anyone who can afford great lawyers. I could see a scenario where business contracts are ignored, warranties, time frames, specs. Fuzzy compliance will become a thing. Real estate contracts. Only egregious infractions and crimes will be prosecuted. Everyone else will know they can get away with it.

So, think about anything you do, look for loopholes that make you vulnerable. Ask these questions of your attorney.

And, if you're so inclined, plan your crime spree so it's ignored or undetectable. Everyone else is.
