It knew how to deliver government services.

(233,016 posts)2. Exactly! After almost 250 years we had a government that had improved over the years as times and needs changed
I have President Carter's autobiography and he worked to make the government more efficient - moved Vice President's office to the same building as his own, and created the departments of Energy and Education as Cabinet level positions. How can the U.S. government function with no departments nor workers to do the work to serve the people?? Musk doesn't even come from this country...
