Todd Blanche HIT with BLISTERING Ruling ahead of Confirmation Hearing - Legal AF
Just two days before his confirmation hearing, Todd Blanche was hit with a blistering, 56-page ruling by a federal judge in Florida. Judge Kathleen Williams effectively nullified the purported settlement that formed the basis of Trump's $1.776 billion slush fund and release order shielding him from IRS audits. The judge also sent a copy of her ruling to the State Bar of New York to consider whether Blanche should be disciplined.
