The wealthy have ALWAYS hated democracy. Oh, they mouth the words when it suits their purposes, but when the bullet hits the bone, it's all about power, which is just shorthand for TOTAL DOMINION OVER THE LIVES OF OTHERS. The word, "dominion" covers a lot, but it especially covers the total subjugation of WOMEN first. That's the quickest way to get the ugly little incels out of mommy's basement and supporting the Dark Side by doing their bidding; attack the demographic that the overweight, oatmeal-faced dweebs resent the most. Those cretins are too busy feeling sorry for themselves to realize that their subjugation is also high on the fascist's to-do list.
