12. Love Lima Beans

I’ve never understood why people hate lima beans. I’ve never had them fresh, canned, or dried, but frozen lima beans boiled in water and served with plenty of butter, salt, and pepper are delicious. You do have to be careful not to overcook them or they get mushy. I sometimes eat a box of frozen lima beans alone for lunch or dinner. Now brussel sprouts…
