4. How would things have been different if Biden had appointed a "tough, independent bulldog" as AG?

Specifically, how would that bulldog have overcome the obstruction, delay and sabotage committed by the Roberts court?

We don’t need a tough independent bulldog as AG, we need to kill the filibuster and expand the court and castrate the MAGA majority on SCOTUS.
