His own party is still fighting over it in Congress, and probably will for some time. They're trying to find ways to ram it through anyway. He's also watching his poll numbers spiral downward at breakneck speed. And, yeah, the parade flop--and the massive counter-protests are playing into it. No doubt he's still upset over that, too. Nothing like a bombing to soothe Baby's fragile fee-fees.
