3. I fear that Trump and the war hawks have opened the door to future terrorism against the US.

Osama bib Laden declared jihad against the US involvement 1990, but it was not until 2001 that his hatred of the US culminated in 9/11. Attacks before 9/11 resulted in US deaths as well. Some wealthy Iranians even now may be planning revenge for this attack. It s ordinary Americans, though, who will pay the price, not Trump and his military hawks who think bombs and military force are the solutions to all problems. Trump had time to negotiate. He just couldn’t be bothered. Perhaps if the Ayatollah had promised him many millions of dollars to build a Trump development in Tehran or on the Caspian Sea (to rival Trump’s plan for a Gaza playground for the rich), Trump would not have declared war.
