The ICJ prosecutorKarim Khan has arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant, on "reasonable grounds to believe" that they "bear criminal responsibility" in certain war crimes, none of which include genocide or apartheid.

Amnesty and HRW are not the competent legal authority in matters of war crimes, so they are free to issue all sorts of irrelevant shit.
