In reply to the discussion: Some in Michigan's sizable Arab American community feeling 'buyer's remorse' with Trump [View all]Aussie105
(7,143 posts)35. For whatever personal reason a lot of people voted for Trump.
They thought Trump would make their lives more significant, heal all their emotional wounds, redress all the wrongs they had suffered, and pave the roads with gold.
Instead they got royally shafted.
Those voters are now in the Find Out stage; they got duped and lied to.
Do those deluded people deserve our sympathy?
Yes/no/it doesn't matter?
I'm in the 'no' camp, pain is a learning and behavior modifying experience after all.

She contributed for sure, but they did this to themselves and need to own it, otherwise they'll repeat it.

There's no logic, as such. They were mad that Biden didn't do more to help the Palestinians.

Fuck them MAGA-voting shitbags. "Do something"? Tried to do something on 11/4/24. They did that fuck shit to themselves.

Buyer's remorse? They've still got over a year and change for tears and sorrow
