And beyond the sex pest and nursing home scandals, Cuomo is a guy who felt entitled to win, had no ideas, and thought he could coast to victory only on donor checks and name recognition. And too many people in the party echelons really, really want that to be a winning formula.

New Yorkers chose a fresh start. I’m very hopeful
