9. They should be PROUD for selecting a New Face, A Progressive! Imagine, a Progressive Democrat! Where will it end?

It would be nice if the ancient oldies in positions of power would have the common sense and decency to step down before they are carried out.

As recent votes in the House have show, one or two votes would have made a difference. However, THREE Democratic seats were occupied only by the ghosts of their previous holders.

I tremendously admired Ruth Baden Ginsburg. However, it would have been best had she decided to retire when she could have been replaced by a progressive.

President Biden did a remarkable job as President. However, it would have been better had he stuck to his announced plan when running the first time, that he would be a one-term president and had given Vice President Harris some time in the spotlight.

Apparently, it is just too hard to give up the heady attraction of power to do what you must know in your heart is the need to pass the torch to a new generation?
