61. I'm kind of disturbed at the hate voters get on here

Too many people on DU live in a media bubble where Democrats are masters of politics and do everything perfectly the only way anyone would vote against them is because of sexism or racism or whatever.

I live in a Trump district and I can tell you there's a lot of people are realizing that what the establishment GOP is selling on economics is codswallop. The difference is the Republicans have a narrative for improving peoples lives (the problem is immigrants and global trade) while the Democrats meanwhile tell everyone the status quo is great. Trump also markets himself as being anti-establishment while Democrats are hoping getting and endorsement from the Cheney's will push them over the top.

It's past time for us to have an unapologetically new-deal presidential candidate.
