2. I've been wondering at how much n0n-budget-related stuff was showing up in a reconciliation bill

Finally the parlamentarian has spoken up. I hope he/she survives.

There is so much more that shouldn't be in there. Like the paragraph that says anyone challenging Trump legally has to post bond. Selling land preserved by previous presidents. Environmental regulations, states rights being tampered with.
I can't keep up with it all. This should be a big discussion.
The Byrd rule needs to be enforced or the fillibuster is there only to foil Dems and not Republicans.
