2. These bounty hunters need to be rounded up as they're running lawless..maybe they need a real police escort

. How many M13 gang members have they apprehended? If LA is crime ridden with gangs, where are the offenders! They are only going after defenseless people, terrorizing children, taking sick children and law abiding, hard working people. Are they afraid to go after the gangs? This has to stop.
