his handlers will keep dragging his nasty old ass around, kind of a Weekend at Bernie's scenario, only with somebody who isn't technically dead. Vance would probably love to do the 25th Amendment thing, but that requires a majority of the cabinet, and they're not going to go for it - the illusion that that senile old fartbag is actually functioning is the source of their power.
