40. Maybe they aren't in other areas, but everywhere I have lived most of the cops are rabid right wingers.

I don’t understand it. The job is dangerous enough anyway and now nearly every situation has to be handled as an armed confrontation .
They rely on unions.
Their job itself is a form of socialism.
