Cooperative resource sharing - community building that leads to sharing the raising and protection of juvenile populations and optimisers community survival.

Hyper focusing, observing or assessing, and memory/pattern recognition, which leads to tool building and innovation or intuitive responses

Higher level leadership functions, the ability to concentrate and create goals or results that others can respond to.
People who exhibited higher or more "extreme" levels of these traits were looked up on as important for survival when your tools, shelter, and resources were limited.

Nowadays, a lot of those human functional traits have been limited or subsumed by both technology and more complex social expectations, which makes the display of these traits outside the spectrum norms as being unseemly or dangerous, something to be shunned and avoided.
