You said it! You nailed it. It HAS BEEN ten years of his constant squawking and whining and finger pointing and threatening and manipulating and more importantly, LYING through his teeth. We are all just tired of him.

I find that people who are more empathetic are certainly more affected by struggles and suffering, etc. Not only that which they, themselves, endure, but what they see going on with others. Democrats are most assuredly more empathetic than most Republicans. We have the ability to put ourselves in someone else's shoes and understand that most times, the very same thing COULD be happening to us. I think that adds to all of the stress, too, but I think empathy is a necessary and positive thing.

We face this with camaraderie and by leaning on one another. When one is weak, another will be strong. I'm always glad to know that I can come here and have someone to lean on.
