I found this about that.

If you check out contributions for 2024, Heartland Dental, whoever they are, is by far the worst.

Heartland Dental Care
Total - $646,858
To Dems - $15,388
To Repukes - $405,245
To Con Groups - $225,000

On edit, it seems that these contributions are from individual members, not Heartland Dental per se. But still.
