It will actually be a good thing for us. First, the judge is very likely to toss it at the first pre-trial hearing on motions. It is that weak. Second, if pre-trial continues, Mr. Comey's legal team -- reportedly led by Patrick Fitzgerald -- can do depositions with a number of people that the administration does not want deposed. More, they do not want Mr. Comey to testify in a case that is as weak as any federal case could be. Mr. Comey is an honorable man.
