On Lawrence it was said that it's time for a family intervention.

In anyone's eyes, that was a long time ago. How long will this mental breakdown go on? How long will he be exhibiting his disgraceful and embarrassing deterioration?

This reflects as poorly on republican control of Congress as it does him.
