I've tried to talk my daughter into moving to NE IL. We're in MO but I'm originally from Kenosha,WI. I'd feel safer with her somewhere in that area and I still have family in SEWI if she needs anything. You have a great governor there. Wisconsin has a great governor but is gerrymandered into what it is now.
She's not safe in Missouri. None of us are.
