... are a feature, not a bug. Nosferatu and Noem select applicants for such mental aberrations, they don't exclude anyone because of them. They want unnecessary aggression toward people just passing by. The whole point is to terrorize people into submission. That evil piece of shit, Russell Vought, even said publicly that's explicitly what the plan is.
