when colonists arrived or the people we forced on ships to be slaves. Or the facts that the whole southeast was Mexico when we got here. This country wouldn't be cool at all without black people and brown people. And the Asians who build the railroad and are buried under those tracks etc etc and on and on. Also we can't forget the refugees from all the countries we peppered with cruel bombs and chemicals, Viet Nam, Cambodia, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan et al.
