20. Is it "Officers", or "Agents", or "People"?

Feb 4

Officers are management.
Agents are trained.
People are random goons.

This article uses and confuses all three terms.

I'd be very worried if 700 Management personnel were being withdrawn, there's little enough management happening already. With fewer management, there could be a much worse problem than there already is.

Exactly who is being drawn down.
