11. When was she ever in DC to now "move out"

Thought NY is where she reportedly was all the time...to be near her son while in school. She never made a point to pretend she was in DC. Not sure why this is new info for "the source" to be reporting on unless they're implying a legal separation or divorce - which would be old speculation.
