The meaning of the November reference is not clear.

Actually that reference is crystal clear. Epstein, Bannon, and other disgusting creeps in the MAGA movement used Kavanaugh being called out on his sexual predator behavior as a rallying cry for creepy men everywhere to show up and vote in the midterms.
