He obviously has his favorites, but I don’t think he’d trust any of them with free rein to direct his assets. I wonder who he feels he can trust to be trustee and follow his rules. Maybe we’ll see our first AI trustee built on the past statements and actions of the trustor? The estate planning, probate, and subsequent administration of the trust would make the best drama filled estate planning based tv show ever. Who knew Tiffany had it in her? Perhaps the second season could be Wills and Estates: Indictments, Disgorgement, and Covfefe.
