as countless other Regulatory or governing agencies, has been EMASCULATED by the Republicans, ever since Reagan.........

DOJ, FBI, FEC, FCC, FDA, CDC, NIH, etc etc etc..............It's like the wild wild west all over again in the Fed and Red State Governments........Pillage, Plunder, Rape & Run.......over and over again.....
