23. Is Trump to blame for this? Absolutely. But and equal share of this must go to the GOP majority in Congress.

They not only knew, but they had time to think about it, and the to eagerly go along with this cruelty. This was not spur-of-the-moment allegiance, this was thought-out, complicit support.

No GOPer in congress should ever be forgiven for the actions being taken by this country under Trump.

Me personally, I'll never forgive those who voted for him either.
