One, that's his way - bombastic bullying and with that he "wins" because "his" way worked

and two, he doesn't want to keep at this. He's hoping that his is the over the top threat that will work, but this sucks for the globe because with no guard rails, the fucker could take this to a place that is horrific and uncontrollable.
