2. I think the same thing about my Dad...WW2 Navy Vet who passed away 10 years ago.

Yesterday

He was a relentless wonk. He hated the orange one. He was the first person I heard way that HRC's emails would be the leverage orange one used to win in 2016 but he fortunately didn't witness it. He raised a multigenerational family of devout dems...and loved to brag about it.

He loathed the republican party...no surprise having lived most his life in Chicago. He used to say he didn't understand how anybody with a mother, a wife, or a daughter could vote republican. A staunch feminist every day I remember (and if you met my mom you'd know why...lol). An orphan whose paperwork might night pass ICE muster and certainly wouldn't pass the SAVE act, even though he never (ever) missed an election, even the local off cycles with a single issue on the ballot.

He would be heartbroken to see what's going on today and my hope is that I outlive the damage this asshat has created just to line his pockets and fuel his narcissistic needs.
