I don't think so.

Civilization destruction is what happened to Native American civilizations in the Americas when Europeans invades. That's destruction.

What you are describing is damage.

Of course, Trump has a history of hyperbole, so you may be entirely correct. In fact, you probably are correct. In another thread, I estimated the chance of nukes being used at 5%. So, I'm not convinced that nukes will be used. I'm just not convinced entirely that they won't be used.

The point that should be taken away is that this bald idiot doesn't think through what he's saying or how it will be taken.
