That would be 340-lb. William Howard Taft (who only made it to 73). It's not all that unusual for elderly people to be overweight or obese, and in some cases being overweight might actually be beneficial. https://www.newscientist.com/article/2317296-people-over-80-with-overweight-bmi-may-have-lower-mortality-rates/ But Trump is clearly the most obese octogenarian president ever.
