I'll take an 80 year old Biden over a 75 year old Trump any day and twice on the weekend. To me it's more important that a President knows how to select and listen to advisors than be spry and energetic all the time. There is something to be said for wisdom, as opposed to intelligence, and wisdom inevitably accrues with age - unless one fights against wisdom, as our current dunce seemingly always has. No President governs alone in the 21st century. Trump may have delusions of monarchy (along with delusions of adequacy, but I digress) but it's pretty obvious Stephen Miller has more than a little to do with what the administration does and says.

Barack Obama likely would be a better President now than he was 17 years ago. IMHO, anyway.

My opinion is to allow voters to decide when someone has been in office too long. I am not for term limits or forced retirement.
