This bill will also never pass the Republican House, the Republicans will probably not even bring it to the floor, and if the Republicans did bring it to the floor their sole reason would be to create divisions within the Democratic Party and their voters. It's a poorly written bill written by a Republican who is on his way out the door and it has more harmful consequences than merely cutting off all military aid to Israel.
