9. Their districts are full of the poorly educated or selfishly privileged...

You know, the districts filled with people who are telling them at club houses - "I worked hard on my own without any help for my stuff and comfort - how dare those socialist politicians ask me to cooperate with those other lazy asses or help support anything that they say would sustain a comfortable way of life for everyone? I make my own decisions on what I support .. and I don't care about people who want to live above their means - asking for handouts like clean water and air, infrastructure, a living wage, shelter..."

All while enjoying socialized and government regulated public infrastructure, health care, commerce...

Tribal, small minded districts unfortunately provide tribal, small minded politicians.
