detailing Biden's annual physicals, you would know that Biden has been dealing with an increasingly arthritic spine and why his voice is raspy and weak. Frankly, I expected at some point in a second term, Biden might well need a walker or wheelchair because of the arthritis in his back. However, neither of those conditions affects mental acuity.

I continue to believe that had Biden been the candidate he would have eked out a close victory because he speaks the language of the working class and of its retirees.

I'm sure the sources quoted in the book are hot to blame Biden for their own failures that focused far too much on luring "never Trump" Rs at the expense of turning out their own D base and not focusing on Biden's economic plan (The Big Deal, etailed in a New Yorker magazine story).
